Science India Forum (SIF) is a voluntary organization working in the field of science and technology. SIF collaborates with governmental departments and ministries as well as with non-government organizations and institutions.

SIF functions in association with National Science Movement (NSM), India popularly known as Vijnana Bharati. Founded in 1982 by a group of eminent scientists from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, NSM has already earned its niche as a trendsetter in imparting knowledge to the young generation across India and lately abroad. NSM for its stupendous achievements in popularizing science has received the prestigious "Jawaharlal Nehru Award 2006" and "National Award for Outstanding Efforts in Science and Technology Communication for the year 2006'.
